The 6-storey resort has 733 rooms in total, that were last renovated in 2020. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 4 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops, a theater as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are 5 restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 5 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge. Room service, laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.
