It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 2 lifts, air conditioning, a safe (for free), a mini market, various other shops, theater, a free parking area and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are 7 restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 9 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the accommodation provides a barrier-free access and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge.
