The 5-storey resort has 388 rooms, and spread over one main building and 3 adjoining buildings. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, 6 lifts, a safe (for a fee), a coiffeur, a mini market as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned). You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi can be used by hotel guests for a fee. Room cleaning is free of charge. Medical service is available for a fee.

- The transfer from Tenerife airport to La Gomera takes place by ferry. Depending on the arrival time, an overnight stay in Tenerife may be necessary.
- If you are scheduled to arrive at your destination from 04:00 in the morning, your hotel room will only be available from the official check-in time of the respective hotel on the day of arrival.
