The hotel is located in Puerto del Carmen only about 200 m from the beach Los Pocillos. Nearby (approx. 2km) is the centre of Puerto del Carmen with numerous shopping and entertainment possibilities. The National Park Timanfaya is about 20 km away and the airport can be reached after about 5 km.
- The DOUBLE ROOMS appear in a modern design with balcony or terrace and view of the pool and/or garden. They are equipped with satellite TV, rental safe, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), bathroom with rain shower, WC, hairdryer and make-up mirror. Telephone (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), tea/coffee maker (with capsules). Optionally bookable for single use.
- The JUNIORSUITE is equipped like the double rooms, but with a living room/bedroom and a separate bedroom.
- The FAMILY ROOMS are equipped like the junior suites, but with an additional occupancy for the 3rd and 4th person.
The modern facility is located in Puerto del Carmen and is characterized by its modern interior design and the quality and variety of its services. It has 398 rooms with modern equipment. Guests are welcomed in the reception area with 24-hour reception. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The complex also has five freshwater pools, a chill-out area with pool (from 18 years), activity pool and a children\'s pool as well as a children\'s pool (all heated in winter), souvenir, tennis court (deposit required).
